Need a quick and easy way to delete those performance-robbing .tmp files? Need a way to track the new files added to your computer? Simplicity can help!
You need an organizer that you can access quickly and easily. You need an organizer that requires no tutorial because it's so easy and intuitive to use. You need Simplicity.

As you can see from the example above (the blue sign with the arrow
is pointing to Simplicity), Simplicity takes up very little space on your
desktop.
The green light shows that your System Resources are above 60% -->
If your System Resources drop below 60% the light turns yellow; below
35% the light turns red.
The list above drops down when you click on the Date-Time portion of
the Simplicity main form (directly above the list). From here you
can select what you want to do. Programs and documents can be launched
from here. At the bottom of the list are the Simplicity features.
Brief descriptions of each of them is listed below:
To Do List:
The To Do List provides an easy way to stay organized. Use the
calendar to enter Appointments, Birthdays, and Meetings. You can
also set alarms to remind yourself of important meetings and other events.
Type everything you need to accomplish for the day/week/month in the To
Do List on the form and it is automatically saved to remind you when you
next open the To Do List. To add an event to a particular day, simply
select the day on the calendar and type whatever you want in the Events
box. It will be saved automatically.
Address Book:
The Address Book is a simple utility to allow you to keep track of
Contact information.
System Info/Tools:
The System Info/Tools form displays information about your computer,
the Simplicity version you have, an e-mail address to send comments and/or
bugs to, a link to the Simplicity web site, and a link to the Tip-of-the-Day
form. In addition, there are two new System Tools: 1.) a way to delete
all the performance-robbing .tmp files on your PC, & 2.) a way to track
the new files that have been added to your computer since your last check.
UserIDs & Passwords Organizer: On the System Info/Tools form, and on the To Do List, you will find a button labelled 'Passwords.' If you have several UserIDs and associated Passwords to remember, this Organizer will help. You can keep a list of all your UserIDs and associated Passwords for the various applications you use. The file is encrypted so you don't have to worry about anyone but you being able to view the information.
Configure:
The Configure form allows you to add (or edit/delete) programs and
documents to the Simplicity main menu. From there, you can launch
the programs and documents quickly and easily. The programs and documents
you add will be accessible from the drop-down menu that appears when you
click on the Simplicity main form.
Notebook / Web:
The Notebook is like the Microsoft Notepad application, but with some
improvements, such as the ability to add graphics and to alter font attributes
(eg. Bold, Red, Size) . The text and graphics in the Notebook are saved
automatically when you exit. Use the Notebook when you want to create letters
or e-mails to send later, or use it as a temporary place to paste info
when you aren't sure how long you'll need it. Also included in the Notebook
is a Web Browser that you can use to access the Internet quickly.
