Simplicity Personal Organizer
- Troubleshooting -
If you are experiencing problems with installing and/or running the Simplicity Personal Organizer, please follow these instructions:
 
1.) Select "Shut Down" from the 'Start' menu.
        = Select "Restart the Computer"
2.) Once the computer has rebooted, close any open applications.
3.) If you installed Simplicity successfully but it did not function correctly, see if it now works OK. If your earlier attempt to install didn't work, then attempt the Simplicity installation again.
 
The simple act of rebooting the PC seems to solve many problems.
 
If you follow these procedures and are still having problems, please send an e-mail to JVLove@Excite.comstating what Operating System the PC has (Win 95, 98, NT 4.0, etc.), what exactly the error message says, and when it occurs.
 
Also available is a modified version of the application and its installation that remedies most problems. Please download and install this version from: http://members.xoom.com/JVLove2/Simplicity41U.zip
 
You will need an unzipping utility to extract the setup files. If you do not have one already, I suggest WinZip. It's free and even has an "Install" option that is very handy. You can download WinZip at: http://www.WinZip.com
